When does my annual pass become valid?
Your annual pass is activated on your first visit to Skansen and is then valid for twelve months.

I purchased an annual pass online; when is the latest I can pick it up?
Your annual pass must be picked up within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Does the annual pass cover everything at Skansen?
Your annual pass serves as admission to Skansen’s regular activities.
A separate ticket is required for certain events and activities, such as concerts, performances, Allsång på Skansen, Skansen Aquarium, and some courses and guided tours. However, annual pass holders may receive a discount on tickets for certain events and activities, which will be indicated at the time of booking.

When does my annual pass expire?
You can find out your annual pass’s validity period by emailing us at info@skansen.se or by asking our entrance staff. Please provide your annual pass number or personal ID number.

Can I lend my annual pass to someone else?
Your annual pass is personal and cannot be lent out.
The holder’s name should be written on the back of the card, and Skansen staff have the right to check ID to prevent misuse of the pass.

I’ve lost my annual pass; what should I do now?
If your card is lost, and your personal information is correctly registered, it’s possible to receive a replacement card for an administrative fee.
The replacement card will have the same validity period as the lost card. Replacement cards can only be collected at Skansen’s main entrance during regular opening hours, with ID verification.
