    Folk music has a long tradition in Sweden and at Skansen. In Christmas time there are more than one place the Skansen Folk Musicians play at.

    The period illustrated by the premises in the ironmongery, or hardware store, is the 1930s. The fittings date originally from the 1880s though the interior was partially modernized in the 1930s.
