Coop Östra Family Day

As a member, you get free entry to Skansen on certain days each year. The Coop card also gives you a discount in Skansen's shops all year round.

  • Family Day at Skansen

    On September 1, it’s time for this year’s Family Day at Skansen. As usual, there will be activities for the whole family, and as a Coop member, you get free entry for up to two adults and four children. As a member, you also get free entry to Skansen on the following dates:

  • Offer to the Skansen-Aquarium

    Take the opportunity to visit the Skansen-Aquarium! You may bring one child (4-15 years) per paying adult (who has paid admission to the Skansen-Aquarium). Upon presentation of membership.

  • Discount in the Skansen Shop

    Show your Coop card in the Skansen Shop and you will receive a 10% discount on your purchases. In the store at the Children's Zoo you get a full 20% discount. The discount applies throughout the year and on purchases over SEK 100. Upon presentation of membership.

  • Program

    It’s going to be a day with entertainment, children’s theater, circus, competitions, special offers, and lots of other fun activities!

    Activities:

    • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Cooking and activities at the Bollnäs square, including seed planting and trying out milking a (pretend) cow.
    • 11:00 AM – 11:40 AM: Children’s theater with Moomin and Arne Alligator and his friends at the Solliden stage with their interactive and fun shows.
    • 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM: Mini-musical with Captain Reko and the Children’s zoo theater at the Children’s zoo stage. A mini-musical where children learn about recycling, food waste, and what is edible and what is not. Approximately 25 minutes.
    • 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM: Sing-along with Captain Reko and the Children’s zoo theater at the Children’s zoo stage. Children’s favorite songs and requests are on the playlist, and everyone is welcome to sing along. Approximately 25 minutes.
    • Musical: Wash to the future, at the Bollnäs square stage.
    • Quiz walk från the Main entrance to the Children’s zoo.
    • Half-price on the carousels at Galejan.
