Guided tour in Skogaholm Manor

The year is 1794, and the grand renovation of Skogaholm Manor is nearly complete. Join a house tour led by one of the staff!

  • While the family is out for a while, we take the opportunity to explore the house. The housekeeper or secretary will unlock the doors and show you around. Catch a glimpse of daily life in the noble Wennerstedt family – the Baroness, Baron, and their three teenage daughters. A family with their own dining steward, a profitable ironworks, forward-thinking potato experiments, and a troublesome summer guest.

    Hours: Tours in Swedish at 13.00 and 15.00. Tours in English at 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 17.00

    Capacity: Maximum 15 guests per guided tour

    Meeting point: Skogaholm Manor’s main entrance

    Tickets: Free tickets can be picked up in the kitchen wing at Skogaholm Manor no earlier than 1 hour and no later than 5 minutes before the tour begins.
