The greenhouses

In the greenhouses, Skansen’s gardeners grow vegetables and summer flowers that are subsequently planted in the gardens at Skansen.

  • Skansen’s two greenhouses are located next to the Skåne Farmstead and the Butterfly Garden. They are both of the Swedish Greenhouse model, and are about 22 square metres and 26 square metres in size.

  • Exhibitions in the greenhouse

    The greenhouse is open to all visitors after Midsummer. Come and enjoy the fragrances and the fantastic pelargoniums.
