Astrid Lindgren's World at Skansen

Welcome to two days filled with music, games and other fun activities when Astrid Lindgren's World comes to Skansen on May 11-12!

  • Meet your favorite charachters from Astrid Lindgren’s famous books, sing along to well known songs and participate in various activities for both young and grown.

    In collaboration with Astrid Lindgren AB and Astrid Lindgrens Värld

  • Music performance with Rasmus and Paradis-Oskar

    Tingsvallen stage, 11.00 and 15.00

    Rasmus has run away from the orphanage to try and find himself a new home. He’s walking along the winding roads and stops by a hay barn to sleep. There, he meets Paradis-Oskar – ‘the paradise tramp and God’s best friend’, who has taken to the road with this accordion.

  • Miss Prysselius' singalong

    Tingsvallen stage, 12.30 and 14.00

    Miss Prysselius has arranged a singalong for all children and adults who want to join in and sing, and Kling and Klang have promised to come and help.

  • Mingle with the the Tramp Orchestra

    Enjoy the Tramp Orchestra when they stroll around the park and sing songs from Astrid Lindgren’s books and movies.

  • Balance on the roof ridge

    Balance the roof like Mardie

    How good are you at balancing? Try the woodshed roof, just like Mardie!

  • Fun and games

    Try old time games like stilts, play in the hay or challenge yourself at the don’t-touch-the-ground course.
