Midsommar

Experience the most traditional Midsummer celebration in Stockholm! At Skansen, we celebrate for three days between June 23rd-25th, with activities from the morning and well into the bright summer night.

  • Join us in the Midsummer celebration! During the three-day celebration between ​​June 23rd-25th there is something for everyone. Dance and play around the maypole, tie a birch leaf crown, enjoy both folk music, folk dance and more.

    On Midsummer Eve, the maypole is raised at 11.00.
