Try wheel throwing

Try the tactile and ancient art of wheel throwing! The Skansen Pottery offers drop in throwing from June to September.

  • Included in the price is 20 minutes at the turntable on our outdoor porch, clay, an apron, a short introduction and access to help by an instructor. The activity is suitable for adults as well as children, beginners as well as more experienced in the craft. Firing is not included.

    Each time slot offers four spots.

  • Information

    When: Thursday-Sunday June 13-August 18 (no turning during the midsummer weekend!). Saturday-Sunday August 24-September 22.

    Time: 20 minutes. First time slot at 10.3 and last time slot at 15.30. Lunch break at 12.00-13.00.

    Location: At The Pottery’s outdoor porch (with roof).

    Tickets: 139 SEK per person. Tickets are bought in the Pottery. Not including the entrance fee to Skansen.
